The latest GORE-TEX ePE membrane, paired with a ripstop face and zoned mesh/taffeta lining, keeps you dry and comfortable.

Built for durability and performance, this lightweight jacket combines a 2-layer GORE-TEX construction with a 70D polyamide ripstop face fabric to withstand rugged terrain whilst shedding water effectively. The water-repellent finish ensures lasting protection, even after repeated use and washing.

The grown-on hood features a stiffened peak and roll-away tab design, keeping rain away from your face in downpours whilst remaining packable when not needed. Mesh and taffeta lining provides breathability and comfort during active pursuits, preventing clammy moisture build-up on longer expeditions.

Smart pocket placement includes two hand pockets and a zipped chest pocket for secure storage of essentials. Adjustable cuffs and split hem drawcords allow you to dial in the fit around your layers or rucksack, whilst the YKK® centre front zip with double stormguard prevents water ingress at the front closure.

At just 530g, the Maxen balances protection with packability—ideal for alpine days, hill walking, or unpredictable British weather.
